PTTAC proudly declares new logo and brand with marketing partner ViewSource

The Professional Truck Training Alliance of Canada (PTTAC) is pleased to share the brand and logo that will represent our unified voice in Canada’s transportation industry. The PTTAC movement began in early 2022, when a group of like-minded stakeholders connected over a shared vision to see truck driver training be accessible, consistent, and a valued profession across Canada.

The PTTAC logo and brand were developed by marketing partner ViewSource, a digital marketing agency based in Winnipeg, MB. Jim Campbell, Chairperson of the PTTAC, is grateful for the work that went into this logo development and looks forward to seeing it proudly represented across Canada. “The PTTAC’s Executive Committee teamed up with ViewSource to create a brand and logo that best represents the Alliance and its members,” says Campbell. “Their team, including Managing Director Jeff Hollyoake and Account Director Megan Funnell, are experts in their field and did an excellent job for us.”

Jeff Hollyoake is excited to be working with the Alliance and building its name and brand from the ground up. “Working with Jim and the membership at the PTTAC has been an incredible experience from the beginning,” says Hollyoake. “We are very fortunate to work with the PTTAC on the logo and look forward to creating other branding elements that will support the Alliance’s national presence – starting with the website.”

The PTTAC website (www.pttac.ca) is currently under construction and will be launched soon.

The PTTAC, its Executive Committee and Board of Directors, have gained significant momentum under its mandate to standardize and support commercial truck training programs in each province and territory – starting with gaining interest and support from government and industry stakeholders.

“We have been very impressed by the level of interest and support we’re gaining from government officials and industry stakeholders,” says Campbell. “Making commercial truck driver training a recognized red seal trade in Canada is at the top priority for us and requires a minimum of five government leaders, representing different provinces/territories, to support the first step. We are gaining momentum, discussions have been positive, and together we are improving our industry at a grassroots level where everyone wins.”

Interested in becoming a member of the PTTAC? Campbell is pleased to announce that membership is now open and available in three categories: Schools, Affiliates and Associations.
